We also not only keep you compliant with the IRS but proactively develop a tax plan that increases profit.  Our CFO advisory service also use the numbers to give you a proper diagnosis and treatment of your company’s financial health.

Our Way

Although PCA is located in Gainesville, Florida, we service US-based companies from PST to EST as we operate 100% online/remotely.

For all service packages, PCA offers a dedicated bookkeeper with unlimited support to answer your basic bookkeeping questions. Never worry about being charged for a call because of our fixed monthly fee pricing model.

Our Philosophy

We stand by the philosophy presented in Mike Michalowicz’s book, “Profit First”. He takes a healthy, non-traditional view of accounting, which has helped thousands of business owners transform their business from a cash-eating monster to a money-making machine.

We also recognize the important difference between top-line (sales revenue) and bottom-line (net profit). Would you rather have $2 million in sales with a $50k profit or $1 million in sales with a $200k profit? Let’s choose the more profitable situation! Of course, this example assumes similar growth prospects… At the end of the day, we want you to take home more money (your profit).

Net Sales – Cost of Goods Sold = Gross Profit

Gross Profit – Operating Expenses = EBIT – Interest – Taxes = Net Profit
